From only £125 for an A2 sized table plan, we can also mount and laminate, or simply provide a finished digital print to your exact size and specifications. We can also supply matching table names, place names, menus – you name, we can provide it!

Table Name cards
A5 Table Name cards in the same theme can also be supplied.
£85 for 10 cards printed both sides. Add £2.00 per card for orders over 10.
Place Name cards
Place Name cards are also available in the same theme. Guest names are printed directly on to each card for your convenience.
£75 for 100 tent cards. Add .50p per card for orders over 100.
Other Accessories
Menus, Order of Service, Photo Boards, Wedding Post Box artwork and any other printed items can be supplied. Please get in touch for more information or a quote.
Ordering your Wedding Table Plan
Get in touch for more details, to discuss your needs or for some fresh ideas for your own plan!. We can also create table names, name cards, menus, invitations… whatever you need, all in the same style.
Paper Stock
All table plans are printed on 160gsm paper and are supplied rolled in a poster tube. We can also mount and laminate to foamboard for £30 (£40 for A1 size), and supply safely packed in made to measure delivery boxes.
Deposit for you Wedding Table Plan
A deposit of £75 is required to get an order booked in. This can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal. Any outstanding balance is due for payment on delivery of all printed artwork. Please get in touch for more details.
Production Timescales
We can create new orders in a few weeks. Based on existing designs, we need 3 weeks from deposit to delivery. For a new design, 4 or 5 weeks. Need it sooner? Get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Delivering your Table Plan
Delivery of all finished artwork is through DPD pre-12pm tracked delivery. We can track all orders online for piece of mind.
*Delivery within the UK is FREE for every order, and outside the UK, charged at cost.
Payment Options
Payment by online transfer is the easiest, safest and quickest method. We accept payment by cheque or PayPal if that helps. Please get in touch for more information and bank details.
